Step 3

You are able to purchase your products online and then send us your artwork. Alternatively, please fill out the contact form with your information and we will send you a tailored quote.

Design File/ Artwork Formats
​
1) DPI is 150 to 300
2) Colours: if you can provide the main pantone numbers, that will be very helpful.
Please note if no colour reference is provided we can not guarantee correct colour match, therefore refunds will not be eligible.
​
3) File Size: we need an extra 1cm each side for machine hemming and 1.5cm each side for hand rolled hems
Please note for hand rolled hems there is an additional charge of £3.50/unit
​
4) File Type: pdf, psd, ai, tiff, png, all are ok
​
5) Please make sure you send the design file in the correct shape, so we can print your design exactly the same as the design file provided.

We will get back to you with an order confirmation. The delivery lead time is 25 - 30 days, due to corona virus delivery times can be delayed.

PRODUCTION SAMPLES
​
If you would like to have production samples created before proceeding with your order please note we charge 3 x the production unit cost per sample plus shipping, with a minimum charge of £65+ Samples take approximately 3 weeks, please note hand rolled hems can delay the delivery time.
